I got back from Portugal a couple of days ago and it was great!
My favorite day was when we went to the beach in Sau Martino. It was really hot and the sea was great. We bueried luke in the sand and you could only sea his head. Later on we went to Portabello’s, an infamous italian resturant wich sell the bestfood in portugal. I had a big margerita pizza, which kept up the same delicious standard aswll as a big bowl of icecream. 
We saw our apartment which is almost finished now and can’t wait to stay in it! It will be really good because it is near the beach and there are some great cafes and resturaunts near by.
We went to the zoo one day and saw hundreds of animals like giraffes, elephants, lions and tigres. It was really hot and we went to see a water show where there were sea lions and dolphins. One sea lion was taken into the audience and it came right infront of us! The picture to the right is me, mum, luke and tom at the zoo.
Another day we saw more animals but underwater at the aquarium! There were tons of fish; Big ones, little ones, red ones, blue ones, ones that glow in the dark. It was different to any aquerium in the UK as there was huge tank in the middle which had sharks, sting rays and other larger fish. Then other smaller tanks around with the other smaller fish like jellyfish and krill. There were also pengiuns and seaotters, which tom had a look at and was fasinated!
In our apartment we were staying in there were a number of pools near by so we could swim whenever we wanted! It was really usefull as they weren’t far away and were very big.Hopefully next year we will stay in our apartment so we will have one bug swimming pool near by… the beach!
